Following sell-out seasons of her acclaimed one-woman shows, Songs for Nobodies and Pennsylvania Avenue, Bernadette Robinson will perform her brand new concert, Calling all Angels, at Riverside Theatres on 18th June.

Bernadette has won the praise of audiences and critics alike for her uncanny ability to inhabit the voices and likeness of iconic singers. In this intimate show, Bernadette will bring her thrilling voice and stagecraft to songs of luminaries like Edith Piaf, Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand and Aretha Franklin.

“I have a good ear and always have since childhood, and that’s why the voices came easily,’ explained Bernadette. “I would listen because I loved their voices and then almost imbibe them and their voices just came out of me.”

Calling all Angels is anchored by Jane Siberry’s song of the same name, and will feature some of Bernadette’s favourite pieces by contemporary songwriters.

The concert will take place at 4pm on Sunday 18th June, more info here:
