Having already delivered an epic line-up in the form of Chicago heavyweights Flosstradamus, the iconic Empire Of The Sun, ‘Panda’ hit-maker Desiigner and local legends Peking Duk – just to name a few, FOMO Festival today reveals their incredible food and beverage line-up for each city. Showcasing a selection of the best international and local cuisine Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide have to offer, FOMO look to create an experience like no other with it’s all killer no filler one day festival.
You can’t have eats without extra treats! With FOMO Festival announcing earlier this month that whether you’re from the North, South, East or West of NSW, FOMO has you covered, as rail travel is included as part of your FOMO Sydney Festival ticket.
We hope you’re not hungry as you’re reading this now! Sydney punters can take in their lush surroundings and live music at new site The Crescent, Parramatta whilst devouring delicious fried chicken courtesy of the one and only Butter (vegos don’t panic – they’ll have their amazing shroom burger on hand.) Let’s Do Yum Cha will keep your taste buds functioning, serving up all your dumpling dreams and original king of the Sydney burger-scene Pub Life Kitchen, will be taking their out-of-this world burgers to Parramatta for the very first time.
Eat Art Truck will satisfy those slow cooked cravings with their pulled pork and beef brisket buns and Berlin Bangers will be dishing out Australia’s tastiest German sausages. The biggest truck on the block will most certainly be Happy As Larry, with a fully equipped commercial kitchen and a 2.2-tonne, hand-built, custom, wood-fired oven from Naples, their authentic Italian pizza is a constant crowd pleaser. If you have a sweet tooth don’t fret! FOMO has you more than covered with Messina – the holy grail of gelato will be providing their fabulous concoctions all day and night.
Proving that music isn’t the only thing on the menu at it’s Riverstage home in Brisbane, the festival has teamed up with mouthwatering mates Mr. Burger to deliver you the best Brissie burgers, as well as an array of exquisite food via Brisbane Botanical Garden restaurant and 100% profit-for-purpose cafe The Gardens Club. Catch and Kiss Seafood will provide the fresh ocean produce, serving out of their beloved vintage Citroen H Van “Claudette” who is truly as beautiful as she is unique. Messina will once again provide an array of delicious desserts and rounding out the list is The Wiener Haus food truck, combining traditional German sausage with New York style toppings, who are on hand to show that soggy festival hot dogs are well and truly a thing of the past!
In Adelaide, La Chiva provide the dance fuel with their South American street food experience and refreshing coconut lemonade. More Adelaide food vendors to be announced in the coming weeks, so watch this space.
Delivering an incredible calibre of international and local artists alongside the ultimate culinary line-up, all with accessible ticket prices, FOMO shows are selling fast. Grab a ticket now before it’s too late. (TICKETS)
